Fantastic luxury apartment (newly completed in June 2025) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with nice views over the large infinity pool, to the sea and to the mountains 650 meters from the beautiful beaches of Mar de Cristal. There is a very spacious living room with modern open kitchen and floor-to-ceiling sliding windows that give access to the large front terrace. There are 2 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, the master has a large dressing room. You can park your car in the underground parking lot and an elevator will take you to your apartment.
On the large front terrace there is various garden furniture to enjoy the sun and your relaxing moments for a fantastic holiday. The terrace has beautiful views over the large communal garden with sunbathing area and very large infinity pool and separate children's pool.
The nature around the apartment is exceptionally beautiful. The Callblanque Natural Park where the turtles breed, the idyllic Cabo De Palos and the Mar Menor golf club where the Belgian top clubs come to spend the winter are all a 5-minute drive away. The 36 km of beaches of La Manga and on the Mar de Cristal beach promenade you have fantastic restaurants. The picturesque Los Belones with its many tasty restaurants are 1.5 km away.
You can shop here with the large shopping center of Cartagena less than a 10-minute drive away and Cartagena city 15 minutes away. Dos Mares shopping center is 30 minutes away and the large shopping center Zenia Boulevard with 130 trendy shops is a 35-minute drive away.
On the beach (10min walking distance) you can practice all kinds of water sports such as kayaking, surfing, paddle surfing or you can rent a boat without a license and then you can drop anchor to snorkel wherever you want. In Mar de Cristal there is also a large tennis and padel club.
Out of season you can rent this beautiful luxury apartment for 540 € per week. In the period from July 1st to August 31st the price is 1.200 € per week. Pro-rata rental per night is possible (77 € or 171 € per night in low or high season).
All utilities and final cleaning (incl towels and bed linen) come together at 145 €.
Smoking and keeping pets are not allowed in the apartment.

You rent directly from Dutch-speaking owners and Dutch-speaking keyholders receive you on site with personal guidance. A glass of bubbles, coffee and water will spoil you on arrival.
