The apartment (120m2), is located on the ground floor, close to the swimming pool. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, etc. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The apartment has both cold and hot air conditioning.
To the front of the apartment is a large terrace, beautifully landscaped garden and a communal swimming pool with sunbeds. The apartment has its own parking space.

2 mountain bikes and 1 children's mountain bike (rental price € 50,= per week together. For longer stays price in consultation)
3 golf sets: 1 for left- 2 for right-handed players

The apartment is located just outside Porto Cristo, on the east coast of Mallorca.

Porto Cristo is a small port town, located on a hill, overlooking a small fishing port.
You can relax in one of the many cafes along the boulevard or on one of the sandy beaches. Porto Cristo is known for the Caves of Drach, which lead you to the largest underground lake in the world.
The sandy beach "Cala Anguilla", is 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, and 2 minutes away by car. A small supermarket with fresh bread every day is just around the corner.
