The villa
The bright living room has a beautiful wooden beamed ceiling and terracotta floor tiles. Comfortable sitting area with satellite TV (limited number of channels)/DVD/CD and wooden dining table with six chairs. The wood stove provides a lot of atmosphere and cozy warmth on cooler evenings in the early and late season. Through the sliding glass doors you have easy access to the beautiful covered terrace. There is an open connection to the kitchen. The modern kitchen is spacious and equipped with a ceramic and gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker etc. The kitchen also has a door to the covered terrace. The washing machine is ready for use in the utility room.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned (extra cost: 20 euros per day). The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing area and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has its own access to the covered terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed while the third bedroom has twin beds. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom.
The villa has a spacious well-maintained garden. To the rear of the villa is a large lawn with some olive trees and a lovely private swimming pool (12x6 m) with easy entry. Sunbeds and a parasol are available on the sun terrace. There is a stone barbecue by the pool and to make it extra comfortable, an extra bathroom with shower and toilet has been installed by the pool. Enjoy the long warm summer evenings on the lovely covered terrace that is directly adjacent to the villa. A nice place to have meals outside.
