Restaurants, terraces, supermarket, bakery and a butcher around the corner. Everything within walking distance. Every Sunday there is a large weekly market in the center. Every morning covered fresh market (butcher, fish, fruit and vegetables).

Felanitx is a town in the southeast of the island of Mallorca. The town is located a short distance from the coastal towns of Cala d'Or and Portocolom. Felanitx is a culturally worth seeing town with over 18,000 inhabitants and was built in the thirteenth century. The town is also known for its cognac with around 60 distilleries in the area. The center is famous for the production of pottery and there are nice pottery souvenirs for sale. In the center of Felanitx is the beautiful Holy Virgin Mary of Mount Carmel church where festivals are also regularly organized. Characteristic are also the narrow streets and the old houses.

Market:
Every Sunday morning there is a lively market on the square near the church with many local and fresh products but also with handmade pottery, cognac and toys. Felanitx has good shopping facilities for daily groceries and there are many local products such as the local wine and pottery.

Many beautiful bays with beaches:
• The lively Cala d'Or 10 km away.

• The fishing town of Portocolom at 10 km. It is an authentic and picturesque fishing town on the largest natural bay in Mallorca. On the various beaches you will always find a place for yourself, even during the high season.

• The beautiful bay of Cala sa Nau with a great chiringuito. It is a well-known destination for (cave) diving. Around the bay are imposing rocks with many caves.

Things to do in the Felanitx area:

• Puig de Sant Salvador is a 509 meter high mountain near Felanitx. The road to it has 11 hairpin bends and from there you have beautiful views of the surroundings.
• Santuari De Sant Salvador The monastery is located at an altitude of  509 meters on the mountain of the same name and was built in 1348.
• Hiking in the Mondragó Natural Park.
• Ses Salines is mainly visited for the salt lakes or swamp areas. Bird lovers can indulge themselves because you will find a large population of various birds: cranes, harriers, kestrels, mongrel nightingales.
• Santanyi, market 2 times a week.
• Cycling: e.g. Llevante mountains and Cap Formentor.
• Golf courses in the vicinity.
• Dutch owner and Spanish helper lives in the street
• Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons and allergies.
