Finca David

We would like to introduce you to the Mallorcan country house "Finca David". The finca is newly built in an old guise (i.e. the typical architectural style of the stones with wooden windows, white contrasting frames and window shutters. (with the dual function of blinds and blackouts).

The finca is set in spacious grounds with spacious lawns. The garden's lush Mediterranean vegetation is crowned by proud strelitzias, better known as bird of paradise flowers. Directly in front of the veranda is the spacious swimming pool with Roman steps. Next to the pool there is a practical outdoor shower available. Relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers or the Balinese bed is perfect for a siesta or a night under the stars. From the covered terrace and the adjoining room with the conservatory with comfortable wicker furniture, you can enjoy the view of the pool and the endless greenery of the surrounding landscape, which invites you to take a walk. With family or friends until (late) in the evening after a nice barbecue or meal, reminisce with each other, together at the long wooden table with comfortable chairs. There is a fence around the pool, so you don't have to worry about the little ones. The finca has 4 bedrooms, which are equipped with the typical Mediterranean decoration and 2 spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Outside you have a wood oven, here you can prepare the tastiest recipes, from pizzas, fresh croissants, fish, or a delicious piece of meat. 

The finca is located southeast of S'Horta and offers many opportunities to entertain. Small villages with cozy bars, typical restaurants and daily markets, so you can experience island life among the locals. Fjord-like coves in Cala d'Or, Cala Sa Nau and Cala Marcal invite you to swim and worship the sun on the white beaches. The Mondragó Natural Park will give you an insight into the spectacularly rich fauna and flora of Mallorca. Improve your handicap at the nearby beautiful Vall D'Or golf course.
