The villa
The décor in neutral tones creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The whole is on one level. Immediately upon entering there is the bright air-conditioned living room with comfortable sitting area by the fireplace and Smart TV. On the other side is the wooden dining table with six chairs. There is an open connection to the modern kitchen which is fully equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and both a capsule and filter coffee maker. Washing machine available.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an integrated open bathroom with sink, bath and a separate shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed while the third bedroom has twin beds. Separate bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
A large veranda provides wonderful shade and is furnished with a comfortable sitting area and a wrought iron dining table with chairs for breakfast outside. In the garden is a large covered terrace with a beautiful tiled outdoor kitchen: built-in stone barbecue, worktop with sink and a cozy dining table with chairs. Ideal for long warm summer evenings.
The large garden has a spacious lawn and a sun terrace with six sunbeds. The private swimming pool (8 x 5 m, depth 1.20 - 2.15 m) has an easy entrance. Parking on site.
