The seaside resort of Cala D'Or with boulevard with shops, bars and restaurants and the towns of Calonge and S'Horta are only a two-km drive away. The villa
The spacious villa has two floors with bright large rooms in classic elegant style. Large garden with plenty of space for the children to play and a lovely private swimming pool. The four bedrooms have air conditioning on a timer. The timer is set for 18:00 - 19:30 and 22:00 - 08:00. If you wish to use air conditioning for 24 hours, the additional costs are 30 euros per day.
Ground floor: the entrance hall with guest toilet leads to the bright living room with two sets of patio doors to the large covered terrace overlooking the pool. Spacious sitting area with comfortable sofas and satellite TV, iPod station. Open connection to the dining room with beautiful wooden dining table and ten chairs. Modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and capsule coffee maker. Handy breakfast table with four chairs and door to the garden. Guest toilet. Separate room with washing machine.

The villa is set in a beautiful large garden with pine trees, oleanders, olive tree and a lawn with palm trees. Large covered terrace with comfortable sitting area and dining table and chairs. The free-form private swimming pool (13x7 m, depth 0.80-2.25 m) has an easy entry and a fountain. Around the pool a large sun terrace with another fountain and sunbeds to make the most of long summer days. Bath towels are provided. In the corner of the terrace is a covered area with stone barbecue, sink and a long table with benches. The fenced garden is closed with a gate and there is parking on site.
