What a nice villa this is! This villa with heated saltwater private pool is perfectly located, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long on your terrace. Villa Alena is within walking distance of the center of Playa Blanca with supermarket, shops and restaurants. The garden is full of plants and palms from Lanzarote. In the outdoor kitchen with barbecue you can prepare tasty dishes, and then dine al fresco with your group.
Villa Alena is located a 15 - 20 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca with shops, bars and restaurants. Playa Flamingo is 2 km from Villa Alena. Playa Flamingo is a beautiful white sandy beach of 200 m long. It is ideal for the little ones of the family, due to its calm waters and gently sloping beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.
LAYOUT OF VILLA ALENA
You enter the living room with two sofas and a 55" smart TV. Through the sliding doors you can easily reach the terrace with dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and sandwich/panini/waffle machine.
On the same floor is the second living room with two sofas (including 1 sofa bed), 65" smart TV, air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace with swimming pool.
Lower floor: Bedroom 1 has two bunk beds (single beds at the top and full double beds below). This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in dressing room with wardrobes. The terrace door gives access to the terrace with table football, sitting area, table and chairs, extra fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, sofa and sliding doors to the same terrace.
Bedroom 3 is located on the upper floor and has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
WiFi, international TV channels, a safe, washing machine and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room are provided.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA ALENA
The outdoors of Villa Alena is wonderful. Due to its south-facing location, you can enjoy sun on your terrace all day long. The saltwater private swimming pool is heated (electrically heated in winter and solar heated in summer) and has a cover. Around the terrace there are sunbeds, an outdoor shower and plenty of seating. In addition, you can cook in the outdoor kitchen with stone barbecue. There is plenty of space at the dining table for al fresco dining.
A saltwater pool has a natural way of disinfecting. It does not taste and feel like seawater and only has a mild salty taste. It feels softer than sea and chlorinated water. A saltwater pool is cleaned with special pool salt. This is added to a saltwater system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment.

HEATED POOL
The swimming pool is electrically heated in the winter period (1 November - 31 March). In summer, it is heated with solar energy, when electric heating is not needed.
