This attractive Ibiza style apartment for 2 people is within walking distance of the boulevard of Santa Eularia and is part of a small and cozy complex with 12 apartments. The view of the sea is magnificent and in the morning you can enjoy the sunrise.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and is very tastefully decorated. It features a living room and open kitchen with island / breakfast bar, one bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom. It is pleasant to stay on the private outdoor terrace. From there you have direct access to the communal pool and garden.

Calo de's Alga beach with its nice Chiringuito is literally around the corner at 100 meters from the apartment. Santa Eularia with the pleasant boulevard and all its facilities (bars, shops, restaurants and beach bars) is only a 5-minute walk away.

Ideal for couples or 2 girlfriends / friends who want to explore the island and have a nice relaxing holiday.

We are Ivan & Natacha and have one teenage daughter Zita. When we came to Ibiza for the first time 9 years ago, the vibes and energy of the island felt so good that we knew immediately that this would not be the last time. At the beginning of 2022 we bought a beautiful first-line apartment and completely renovated it.

The most valuable thing for us is to let Ibiza lovers experience beautiful moments and eventually return home with the ultimate holiday feeling.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
