This beautiful typical Spanish style house is located in the Valverde valley of Ibiza.
The house is located between Sant Eularia and Cala Longa on a mountain, and is super quiet.

The cottage is located in a small park with a large shared pool facing south with a view over the beautiful valley of Valverde.

Each bedroom has its own air conditioning and there is a large lounge terrace located on the south with a large lounge bed and a large dining table where you can eat with the sight of the setting sun and the crickets, and whistling birds in the background.

There is also good WiFi, and Dutch TV!
it is about 15 minutes drive from Ibiza town and surrounded by the beautiful bays Ibiza has to offer, if you do not rent a car you can walk on the beach of cala longa in ten minutes. And walk to St Eularia in 15 min.

There is also a lovely restaurant at a two minute walk from the house. And a small cozy tapas at the pool!

FIRST THANK YOU FOR BOOKING IN OUR AMAZING HOUSE AND FANTASTIC PLACE IN IBIZA.

In the high season we check in around 16.00 in the afternoon and check out at 10.00 in the morning, if the house is already clean, you can of course be there earlier in that day and I'll let you know.
We want to deliver everything super clean and clean as you would at home, hence the ample time that is taken between the in and out checks.

Usually when our Dutch cleaning lady has finished the final cleaning, she will let me know and you can check in from max 4 pm and then hand over the key.
