Located in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Cala Tarida and 2 minutes walk from the small fishermen's cove of Cala Corral (with private port), from where you can contemplate wonderful sunsets.

The residence has a restaurant; Supermarket nearby.
The beach of Cala Tarida offers water/sports activities and restaurants.
20 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes from the pretty village of San Jose.

Minimum rental 5 nights, price per night. For stays of less than 5 nights, please message me with your request.

This apartment, in which I have resided for more than 20 years, is offered for rent for the first time for the summer of 2023, which is why you will not find many reviews from former tenants. It has been completely refreshed for the occasion and continues to be perfectly maintained.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for any reason, the tenant wishes to cancel the booking, they must always confirm this by email to the owner (even if they have already communicated it via Whatsapp).

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of the tenant's written cancellation:

- Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

- Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

- Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs on the day of the start or during the rental period that he does not wish to use the rented property, he remains liable for the total amount of the rental.
