Our villa/finca has 4 bedrooms and has been completely renovated in 2023 with air-conditioning in every room, fiber optic internet and alarm system.

The large private swimming pool and the 25 ares garden are maintained every week and all year round. The distant sea view of sunsets makes its location quiet but also close to the well-known beaches of Cala Comte or Cala Tarida.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The cancellation policy offered is classic, i.e. 100% refund if formulated more than one month before the start of the stay and 50% refund if formulated between two weeks and one month before the start of the stay. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made less than two weeks before the start of the stay.
