Air conditioning in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and in the living room (Fan in the small bedroom).
It is very quiet and located in a guarded residence, with automatic barrier. The view of the golf course is unobstructed, and magnificent.
You will benefit from an indoor and two outdoor lounges, an indoor dining table and an outdoor dining table.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped.
