Explanation of prices

A deposit of 400 € must be paid at the time of booking for damage/breakages. The deposit will be refunded by Micazu if there is no damage to furniture and/or house.
If canceled up to 30 days before the check-in date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If canceled up to 14 days before the check-in date, 50% will be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the check-in date, the entire amount paid will be charged.
The house is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.
