The Beach House (new listing)

General price conditions
- The house is available for a maximum of 4 people. 
- Mandatory final cleaning at the end of the rental period (surcharge € 120,-)

Payment terms
Upon confirmation, 25% of the rent must be transferred to the bank account mentioned on the confirmation. After receipt of the deposit, the reservation is complete.
 8 weeks before departure, the remainder of the rent must be paid. If payment of the final instalment is not made on time, the agreement will lapse by operation of law and without any right to a refund.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the trip by the renter, the following costs will be charged:
1. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before departure: 25% of the rent;
2. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before departure: 75% of the rent;
3. Cancellation up to the day of departure: 90% of the rent;
4. Cancellation on or after the day of arrival: full rent

Arrival and departure
The bungalow is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 on the day of departure. If the bungalow is not rented out before or after your rental period, the times mentioned can be moved in consultation with the manager.

Breakage and damage
In the event of damage to the house or inventory, you must report this. This way the damage can be repaired as soon as possible. Damage due to normal wear and tear on machines is at our expense. Other (breakage) damage is at the expense of tenants. At the end of the rental period, our manager will perform a complete check and, where necessary, report to us.
