Ocean Breeze Fuerteventura is a lovely holiday bungalow which is ideally located 20 meters from the beach and a roof terrace overlooking Lobos Island and Lanzarote.
the center of Corralejo with restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The bungalow is located on a small-scale resort with a communal pool on the beach. In front of the door is one of the popular wave surfing spots. The bungalow itself has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious open kitchen and living room. The house has a large sun/roof terrace with BBQ, sunbeds and seating.

Fuerteventura is an island that is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and people who want to enjoy the nice weather. Throughout the year, the average maximum temperature does not fall below 20 degrees every month.

As water sports enthusiasts, we immediately loved this bungalow with large roof terrace. Lovely to walk out the door and walk straight onto the beach or into the sea. Also ideal to have the restaurants and bars within walking distance without being bothered by the noise. We like to stay in this holiday home ourselves, but we also like it when others enjoy it just as much as we do.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

General price conditions
- Prices are based on an occupancy of 4 people.
- The house is suitable for a maximum of 5 people. (5th person possible on the sofa bed in the living room at an additional cost of €15 p.p.p.n.
- Mandatory final cleaning at the end of the rental period (surcharge €100).

Payment terms
Upon confirmation, 25% of the rent must be transferred to the bank account mentioned on the confirmation. After receipt of the deposit, the reservation is complete. 8 weeks before departure, the remainder of the rent must be paid. If payment of the final instalment is not made on time, the agreement will lapse by operation of law and without any right to a refund.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the trip by the renter, the following costs will be charged:
1. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before departure: 25% of the rent;
2. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before departure: 75% of the rent;
3. Cancellation up to the day of departure: 90% of the rent;
4. Cancellation on or after the day of arrival: full rent

Arrival and departure
The house is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 on the day of departure. If the house is not rented out before or after your rental period, the times mentioned can be postponed in consultation.

Breakage and damage
In the event of damage to the house or inventory, this must be reported to the manager. The manager will assess the damage and repair it as soon as possible. Damage due to normal wear and tear on machines is at our expense. Other (breakage) damage is at the expense of tenants. At the end of the rental period, the manager will carry out a complete check-out and, where necessary, report to us about it.

Given the warm climate and excellent conditions, Fuerteventura is ideal for getting acquainted with water sports such as wave surfing, supping, kite surfing and also suitable for snorkeling/diving or deep sea fishing. There are also numerous schools that teach this. If you are interested, we can inform you further about this.

Betancuria is the former capital of Fuerteventura and is located in the west of the island. This place is a tourist attraction because of the authentic elements, such as an ancient church from 1691, various handicraft museums and a picturesque center. The church is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
