The spacious, very bright living room has an open fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has east-south and west exposure. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom with wardrobe and en suite bathroom, another bedroom with bathroom.
The apartment has sun all day.
The kilometre-long dune beach is only a few steps away. The golf course and the equestrian tournaments are also popular.

Hello we are Marion and Heinz and we love Spain, the sun, the pleasant temperatures, the Mediterranean cuisine and the nice people.
Unfortunately, we do not always have time to use our beautiful apartment at the Oliva Nova Beach and Golf Resort, so we are happy to welcome nice guests who like to choose the apartment with the large terrace and the location between the sea and the golf course as their holiday home.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the guest wants to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the host by email (even if they have already informed the host by phone, for example).

Depending on the date of the written cancellation by the guest, the host will charge the following amounts:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the guest informs the host only at the beginning of the rental or during the rental period that he or she will not use the rental property (any longer), he remains liable to pay the full rental price.
