The house is about an hour's drive from Valencia airport.

The nearest beach in Gandia is 15 Kilometer drive from the house. There is also a very nice boulevard with various eateries and shops.

The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive from the house. This supermarket is located in Villalonga.
