Villa Solrisa
Villa Solrisa is a lovely spacious holiday home with a beautiful flowery garden. The villa offers a lot of privacy because it is completely closed off by a wall and it has its own private swimming pool (up to 2 meters depth). Next to the pool is a large covered terrace with lounge set and a large American fridge-freezer. Of course there are comfortable garden furniture and sunbeds so that you can relax anywhere in the garden both in the shade and in the sun. In addition, there is a patio behind the house, with dining facilities for up to 10 people and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, an extra stove and a refrigerator.
The house is all on one level and very comfortably furnished. It has air conditioning in every room. There is a cot and high chair available. A fast WIFI connection is available in the villa.

Environment
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Nearby are some authentic restaurants (ventas) and a small neighborhood supermarket. The house is located 15 to 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the center of Chiclana and 30 minutes from Cadiz, the oldest city in Europe. And 35 minutes from Jerez de la Frontera (with an airport and rental cars) and 1.5 hours from Seville, one of the historic art cities of Andalusia (with airport and rental cars).
Activities
Chiclana de la Frontera, once a battlefield during the Spanish War of Independence, is now a popular tourist destination with an array of attractions. It offers beautiful beaches, golf courses, monuments, museums, churches and other interesting structures for a fantastic holiday experience.
Pleasant climate
The climate is pleasant even in summer due to the sea breeze, which distinguishes it from the rest of southern Spain. The summer heat is much milder here, with temperatures rarely exceeding 29 degrees. While Seville reaches temperatures of 40 degrees, it remains noticeably cooler here. This makes it a popular holiday destination among the Spaniards. There is often a refreshing breeze and the occasional strong wind. With an average of 300 sunny days a year, it is pleasant to stay during all seasons.
