A lovely spacious bungalow on the beautiful Costa Dorada (near Cambrils and Salou) with lots of space around it and with a large covered terrace where you can have breakfast in the shade in the morning.
Ample parking on site.
The house is fully equipped such as new large box springs with lovely mattresses, wifi, (chromecast for streaming), color television, in 1 bedroom and in the living room there is an air conditioning, new kitchen with dishwasher, induction plate, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer and in the outdoor area is a washing machine and dryer, there are reading books available and various games.
There are also beach beds available that you can take to the beach, which is a 40-50 meter walk away.

There used to be a train behind the house, but it hasn't been there for years, and in the future they will realize a green strip with a bicycle path there.

There are many nice restaurants in the area where you can eat well. Next to restaurant Friends is a small supermarket where you can get your basic necessities, and nearby are Esclat, Lidl and Mercadona. Cambrills, Reus and Tarragona are also nice places to visit and where you can enjoy shopping. Barcelona airport (125km) is less than an hour's drive away. Reus airport is 15 minutes away (Ryanair flies from Eindhoven, only in the high season)

After spending 17 years on holiday at camping Playa Mont-Roig, we found our dream home at this place last year (2021). We really made it our home by putting in new beds and furniture and also installing a new kitchen. And more improvements are on the agenda. So really a fantastic place to go often and celebrate life.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note!

The deposit (€300.-) and cleaning costs (€125,-) must be paid in cash on arrival
The deposit will be refunded to your account (if everything is in order) within 7 days after departure

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. The tenant pays 20% directly upon booking. The remaining 80% will be charged 6 weeks before the start days of the rental period. If the tenant cancels the agreement, he will continue to owe 20% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks on the start date of the rental period 80%. If the tenant announces during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
