Sant Carles de la Rápita is a pleasant seaside and fishing village that borders the nature reserve "Delta del Ebro" on the Costa Daurada.
The apartment consists of:

Apartment 2:
You can step through the sliding doors of the living room onto the sun terrace, where you can enjoy a fabulous view over the sea.
The terrace has an awning and teak furniture with adjustable chairs and lovely cushions.
In the living room there are 2 separate armchairs and a dining area.
The television with Canal Digital decoder offers you not only the Spanish channels, but also most Dutch television and radio channels. There is wifi throughout the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a safe for safe storage of your valuables
Everything can be closed with shutters. There is an awning at the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities. Fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, etc., a full inventory for a comfortable stay.
The 2 person bedroom has 1 double bed. In winter with fine duvets, in summer with cool fresh sheets. Reading light and socket directly at the bedside tables for your mobile devices.
A spacious wardrobe. There are also plenty of towels provided. (No beach towels).
The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower, 1 sink with mirror and mirror lighting, and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, which is at your disposal completely free of charge during your stay.
In the garden you will find the private swimming pool where you can swim your laps, complete with bench and waterfall.
1 small pet is allowed on the property,except in the garden by the pool, at an additional cost of €25 per stay, provided it is kept on a leash and does not cause any nuisance
We do not charge cleaning costs or a deposit, we do expect our tenants to leave the rented apartment in an orderly and neat condition upon departure.
In the unlikely event that something is broken, broken or lost, we ask you to report this to the manager. He or she will determine the damage together with you and assess whether or not it should be compensated.
It is not allowed to smoke in our apartments.
It is not allowed to charge electric or hybrid cars on our electricity grid.
There are supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The distance to the center approx. 500 mtr.
