The total plot covers 7000m² and the garden is fully fenced. The pool is shared with only two other holiday homes, so you can enjoy a refreshing swim in peace.
Just a short walk of about 300 meters you will find a restaurant, a football field and a playground. In addition, a Spar supermarket with an extensive range is only a 4-minute drive away.
Along the entire coastline you will find several bays with alternating sand and pebble beaches. The nearest bays are just a 6 to 8 minute drive away and offer ample free parking.
Holiday home Oliva has 1 bedroom with a double or twin beds and a bunk bed, and is air-conditioned.
There is 1 bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Together with the spacious living room with smart TV, this is the ideal place to get together with friends and family.
Outside you will find a dining area where you can enjoy delicious meals.
Parking is available in front of the house.
Upon arrival, a starter kit will be provided including coffee, bottle of water, toilet paper and a garbage bag. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided and are changed regularly.
A baby cot or high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
In each accommodation there is an informative booklet with all the details about the area, such as activities, restaurants, beaches and supermarkets.

Tarragona: This city is home to numerous remains from Roman times, such as the more than 2000-year-old aqueduct and the amphitheater. The impressively large Cathedral is well worth a visit.
Giant: The birthplace of the famous architect Antoni Gaudí, known for the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, among other things. The Gaudí Museum "Gaudí Centre Reus" provides an interesting and interactive insight into his origins and childhood and their influence on his work.
Salou: A cozy and lively seaside resort with the Levante Beach in the middle, a 1200 meter long beautiful golden sandy beach that runs along the promenade of Salou. Along the promenade you will find numerous restaurants, bars and a wide range of water sports activities.
Cambrils: This coastal town has been known for centuries for its local fishing traditions and the production of wine and olive oil. Today, Cambrils is increasingly focusing on tourism, with opportunities to shop, relax on outdoor cafes, and dine in one of its many restaurants.
Port Aventura: A stone's throw from Salou are the three amusement parks of Port Aventura, together the largest amusement park in Spain. "Port Aventura World" offers various attractions, including the highest roller coaster in Europe, the Shambhala. In addition, there are "Ferrari Land" (for Ferrari fans) and "Caribe Aquatic Park" (for water park enthusiasts) to visit. A combo ticket offers the most value, but the parks can also be visited separately.
In the immediate vicinity of Villa Terra there is no mass tourism. A 10-minute drive from the villa you can go to the seaside resorts of L'Hospitalet de L'Ínfant and Miami Platja for entertainment, restaurants, shops and nightlife.
