This seasonal rental contract is entered into for a fixed period of days. Under no circumstances can you claim any right to stay on the premises at the end of your stay.

Conclusion of the contract

The reservation will be effective when the tenants have paid the agency a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount.

The lease entered into between the parties to this deed may in no case partially benefit third parties, natural or legal persons, except for the persons stipulated in the contract. Any breach of this clause could result in immediate termination of the tenancy due to the tenant's fault; the rental proceeds being definitively acquired by the agency.

Cancellation by the tenant

For any cancellation, regardless of the date on which it is communicated to the agency, a management fee of 70 euros will be retained. Depending on the date of cancellation, the refund conditions are as follows:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the date of arrival: Refund of the entire deposit, minus 70 euros.
• Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival: Refund of half of the deposit, minus 70 euros.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the check-in date: No refund.

Cancellation by the agency

If due to force majeure the accommodation would not be available for rent, the agency will refund the total amount paid by the tenant or offer alternative equivalent accommodation if possible.

Arrival

The tenant must arrive at the agency on the day of arrival at the stipulated time. You must provide a copy of the identity document (DNI) of all the occupants of the property. In case of late arrival, the tenant must notify the agency.

Balance payment

It will be paid no later than 45 days before the day of arrival.
