We are Sander (39) and Merel (31) from Amsterdam, parents of two young children. We love to travel, walk, and eat and drink well. Spain is our favorite destination, and our apartment at Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort has become a dream place for us. Here we enjoy nature, luxury amenities and tranquility. We also want to give others the opportunity to experience this paradise and therefore offer our apartment for rent – an ideal place to recharge your batteries!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

- For a pet, 20 euros per stay is charged.

Cancellation policy
Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 60 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 59 days (inclusive) to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 29 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, the tenant will still owe the full rent.

A beautiful brand new modern property with really lovely owners. We booked very last minute and they were able to accommodate us for a stress free check in and trip. The complex is beautiful & the views from the apartment itself are stunning. The community is gated with security making you feel safe. The apartment is fully equipped with anything and everything you may need. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you so much for having us????
