Casa de la Nada is a modern house for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy a lovely outdoor area with swimming pool, outdoor shower and upstairs is a beautiful large sun terrace (solarium) where you can relax. There is a separate toilet here.
Casa de la Nada is equipped with all modern comforts such as wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, oven and a washing machine is also available. It is really a lovely house in a region not yet overrun by tourism.
We regularly stay in our house to enjoy the sun, sea and relaxed atmosphere of this region.
House: Spacious luxurious, semi-detached house with private swimming pool about 30 minutes from the Sea. Everything to make your holiday unforgettable is available in the area, cities, shops, culture, nature but above all tranquility in abundance. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating. A (wireless) internet connection is also available.
Kitchen: Kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, coffee maker. There is also a washing machine.
Bathroom: There are 2 luxury bathrooms (with shower). Towels are provided in the house. A 3rd toilet is located upstairs by the sun terrace.
Bedrooms: The house has 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. All bedding is provided and included in the cleaning. (The caretaker will ask you to pick up the beds yourself)
Terrace: The house has a solarium, a roof terrace where you can relax. There is a beautiful dining table with 6 chairs. Here is also the 3rd toilet. There are also sunbeds and a hammock. A barbecue for the cozy evenings is of course also available. The terrace is partly covered by cloth.
Accessibility: The house is about a 60-minute drive from the airport in Alicante.
