Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, double bed, smart TV, wifi, air conditioning/heating, terrace. Each room also has a small fridge with chilled drinks and dolce gusto.

Towels, sheets, extra-pillows, duvet, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel are provided.

Outside you can enjoy the swimming pool with jacuzzi (pool can be heated on request) and our sunbeds.

Breakfast is included in the price.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but outside on the terrace.

Barbecue may be used on request, but then we will be at the barbecue ourselves (for the safety and cleanliness of everyone)

We are Johnny and Kattie.
We both gave up our jobs in Belgium in 2020 to embark on this adventure.
After dreaming about moving abroad for a long time, the time has finally come.
A long search brought us to Sucina (Spain) where we have now had our own dream villa built.
Here we run a B&B with 3 rooms and a heated private swimming pool with jacuzzi and extensive breakfast buffet. It is located 7 minutes on foot from the center of the village and 15 minutes from the beach

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
