On Calle Atlantico 82 3A is a fully furnished luxury penthouse fully equipped. It is located on hole 15 of an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Golf Course overlooking the swimming pool of the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Sucina, Murcia.
The penthouse is on the 3rd floor and from the terrace you have a view over the large swimming pool and over the fairway of hole 15. It is spacious enough for 5 people and fully equipped (fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, microwave, Nespresso wide machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Bathroom equipped with a bath with a rain shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Bedrooms each have 2 1-person box spring beds with top deck, in the living room there is a comfortable sofa where 1 person (up to 12 years) can sleep well!
In the living room a nice sofa from which you can watch the smart TV (with Netflix). The dining room has a table with chairs.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Your dog is welcome provided you follow the house rules: dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms, bathroom and on the couch. Furthermore, you must keep the dog on a leash at the Resort and clean up the poop in a bag and deposit it in a trash can. At check-out it will be checked and assessed whether a thorough cleaning needs to be done, costs are € 40,-. These will be deducted from the deposit paid if applicable.
2. A cash deposit of € 250 must be paid at check-in.
This will be refunded in cash after a successful check-out.
3. The € 145 additional costs consist of:
* € 70,- Final cleaning
* € 40,- Meet & Greet
* € 35,- Linen service
4. The Penthouse can accommodate up to 4 adults and one child of 12 years old.
