On Calle Atlantico 108 1B is a fully furnished luxury apartment with all modern conveniences.
It is located on hole 15 of an 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Golf Course overlooking the swimming pool of the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Sucina, Murcia.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (elevator just next to the front door which also opens into parking garage) and from the balcony you have a direct view of the children's pool and the large pool further over the fairway of hole 15.
It is spacious enough for 4 adults and one child of up to 12 years old and fully equipped (fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
Bathroom equipped with a spacious bath with a rain shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The 2 separate bedrooms each have 2 1-person box spring beds with top deck, in the living room there is a comfortable sofa where 1 person can sleep well!
In the living room a nice sofa from which you can watch the smart TV (with Netflix).
The dining room has a table with chairs.
The terrace has a table with 6 chairs, for the pool also 2 relax chairs where you can also lie down (with a parasol).
There is free fast WiFi (300Mb up & down) throughout the apartment and at the children's pool by means of a router.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and 2 good fans with lighting and remote control in both bedrooms (with the shutters closed the temperature remains fine).
HOUSE RULES:
1. Your dog is welcome provided you follow the house rules: dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms, bathroom and on the couch. Furthermore, you must keep the dog on a leash at the Resort and clean up the poop in a bag and deposit it in a trash can. At check-out it will be checked and assessed whether a thorough cleaning needs to be done, costs are € 40,-. These will be deducted from the deposit paid if applicable.
2. A cash deposit of € 250 must be paid at check-in.
This will be refunded in cash after a successful check-out.
3. The € 145 additional costs consist of:
* € 70,- Final cleaning
* € 40,- Meet & Greet
* € 35,- Linen service
4. The Penthouse can accommodate up to 4 adults and one child of 12 years old.
