Our villa is located in Mazarron and is located on a well maintained and quiet urbanization about 10 minutes from the center of Mazarron, and several beaches including Bolnuevo and puerto de Mazarron.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with an extra large double bed and 1 with 2 single single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. All rooms have a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
For the little sleepers it is possible to add a baby cot.
In the living room you will find a sitting room with a smart TV with chrome cabinet on which you can stream your favorite programs yourself.
The luxurious and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, electric hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, espresso/coffee machine, toaster and blender. While cooking, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley.
The renovated bathroom is modern with a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. A range of toiletries are provided.
In the garden behind the villa you will find a private swimming pool with sunbeds where you can relax. There is also an outdoor shower. Around the house are several places where you can sit in the sun or shade and where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset in the evening.
The upper terrace is accessible from the outside via a staircase and gives beautiful views over the valley. The tower room is used for personal storage and is not available to tenants.
On the urbanization itself there is a communal swimming pool (for a fee), a supermarket at 200 meters as well as a restaurant/café, a tennis court and a petanque court
