Villa Delfin is a luxury detached villa fully equipped and furnished for 10 persons, located in a quiet residential area.
Surrounded by mountains, on a flat and large plot of 840 m2.
The villa has four bedrooms and four badkamers.Alle rooms have air conditioning
and central heating for the cooler winter months.
The gardens are planted with a variety of large palm trees and shrubs that offer a lot of privacy around the entire property.
Besides the large 12x5m pool with roman steps is a great outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and dining area.
The villa has a large brick carport for several cars.
The local shops and bars and restaurants are only 1100 m away from the villa.
Camposol golf and tennis court are a short distance from the villa.
It is only 15 minutes away by car to the golden sandy beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuvio.
The National Park 'Sierra Espuna' is nearby and is a favorite for cyclists and walkers.
A day trip is worth the Mar Manor.

We, Fre and Grietje bought the villa in May 2014. We loved it instantly an amazing villa. The garden has beautiful palm trees and a large pool. The area around the pool is spacious, very private, with a beautiful outdoor kitchen on a spacious plot of land. In the outdoor kitchen and pool you can greatly enjoy the long warm Spanish evenings, which are rare in the Netherlands. We chose Camposol because social services are close.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Praise:
The prices for the villa are per week in Euros.

Prices are excluding cleaning costs and costs for washing the linen,
The costs are € 180 excluding VAT, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Refrigerators and outdoor kitchen and outdoor area must be left neat and clean.

During the stay, it is keeping clean for the tenants.

Wifi and Internet are included in the rental price.

For longer stays outside the high season, a discount is possible.
The use of central heating in winter is subject to a fuel surcharge.

Changeover day is Saturday, but outside the high season this can be deviated from in consultation.

On the first day of your holiday you are welcome from 17.00 hrs, this because of the cleaning.
On the last day we would like you to leave the building at 10.00 am.

The reservation fee is € 500.00 per week, the remaining balance must be 8
weeks before the arrival date.

A deposit of € 500.00 is therefore due, this will be
of the villa for defects, fully or partially refunded.

As soon as the reservation costs have been added to our account, your period will be blocked on the calendar.

We have a strict "non-smoking" policy in the villa.

Pets are not welcome in the villa.

The Costa Calida which means "Warm Coast" has a 250 km long Mediterranean
coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia.
This region has a micro-climate that is relatively warm year average tempera officer.
The Costa Calida stekt extends from El Mojon in the north near the province of Alicante, to near the municipality of Aguilas in the south it borders
in the province of Almeria.
The northern end of this coastline includes the Mar Manor (small sea) salt
water lagoon of about 170 km2, which is the largest in Europe.
The Mar Manor is separated from the Mediterranean by a 22 km long spit of land called La Manga or: "The Strip".

Costa Calida
Mazarron is a municipality in the autonomous community and province of Murcia in southeastern Spanje.Een military fortress called "Castilitos-castles" built
tussern 1930 and 1936 during the reign of Alfonso XIII of Spain and the Second Spanish Republic exists as a tourist attraction on the old road between
Mazarron and Cartagena and is accessible from the Bay of Mazarron.

The Bay of Mazarron is sheltered by the last foothills of the Sierra de la Almeria.Meer than 35 miles of beaches, unspoiled coves and rocky sea beds make this the ideal place to relax in the sun, and enjoy water sports and diving!

The Torre de los Caballos on Los Caballos are just a few steps away, built to protect against pirates from the mid 16th to the early 18th century the cities.

The Bolnuevo Erosions, sandstone monuments sculpted by water and wind, are another bezienswaardigheid.Gesitueerd close to the coast in Bolnuevo with its many restaurants and a nice beach is worth a visit but well worth it.

In Puerto de Mazarron is the monument of Jezus.Dit image is directly on top of the Cabezo del Faro, the highest point of the rocky cliffs that Puerto de Mazarron, close to the light envelop.
It's a nice walk on top with a beautiful view.
