Villa del Sol Alegría is a stylish and comfortable luxury holiday villa where peace and relaxation are central. The bright living room with large windows offers a nice place to relax together and is equipped with a Smart TV with digital channels and a ceiling fan.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking simple and enjoyable. This includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, juicer and an ice maker. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchen are equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher, so that comfort is also a matter of course during your holiday. There is also a washing machine in the outdoor kitchen.
The villa has four bedrooms, three of which are air-conditioned and have comfortable double beds. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. With three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite, there is plenty of privacy for all guests.
Fast wifi is available throughout the villa and outside on the terraces. The villa is completely non-smoking, so that every guest can enjoy a fresh and pleasant environment.
Outside, you can enjoy Spanish life around the private swimming pool with separate children's area. The enclosed Mediterranean garden, several terraces, sunbeds and (floating) umbrellas offer a wonderful place both in the sun and in the shade.
In the storage room you will find various beach and recreational items, including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, extra (children's) chairs, children's toys, air mattresses and inflatables. In addition, there are golf sets, tennis rackets and a petanque set (jeu de boules).
For families with young children, two cots/cots, a high chair and a baby monitor are available on request.
The outdoor kitchen with barbecue and large dining table sets the scene for wonderful long, relaxing evenings.
Villa del Sol Alegría is located on the well-kept urbanization Mazarrón Country Club, with various facilities within walking distance, such as a supermarket, restaurant, tennis courts, petanque courts and a public swimming pool. The beach is just a 15-minute drive away.
