We wish you a warm welcome to our white, luxurious and comfortably furnished holiday villa Casa Demi-Adore at the Country Club Residence in Mazarròn, on the Costa Cálida. We have done our utmost to give you the basis for a wonderful holiday.
The brand new architect-built villa is located in a beautiful location and is fully equipped. A place between the mountains where you enjoy sun, blue skies, nature, peace and space. Also take a look at our second identical villa Casa Nikki-Adore. Located next door and possible to book at the same time. So you can rent your own villa with family/friends, while still maintaining your privacy, with a large private terrace and private swimming pool and a wall between the two.
Modern villa
The modern white villa, sleek in design and very comfortable to use. Through the large sliding glass doors, the living room is adjacent to the spacious terrace, so you always have an indoor/outdoor feeling. The entire house has (electric) shutters, so it stays nice and cool in the summer months. An “Adore Villa” is not just a villa, but gives you the ultimate holiday feeling between the mountains and close to the coast.
Ground floor…
The villa is on the ground floor, without thresholds and is therefore also suitable for people who are older and/or less mobile. You can park your car in front of the house, so you don't have to walk far.
Terrace
The spacious terrace has plenty of shade and the large aqua blue private swimming pool with shallow areas/benches, where the (small) children can play. There are 4 sun beds, dining table with chairs, sun cloth, parasol, a comfortable seating area and a luxurious barbecue.
Kitchen…
In the villa you will find a luxurious, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, with an induction hob, extractor hood, a combination microwave and a large fridge-freezer combination. Also nice coffee facilities, such as a Dolce-Gusto and a Senseo machine, kettle, toaster, food processor, and sufficient crockery, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils are available.
In the hall cupboard you will find a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and various household materials. A large first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are also available.
2 Bed & 2 Bath…
There are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with toilet. The second is a bedroom with two single beds and a second complete bathroom, including toilet.
All beds are of exceptionally good quality, and there is also a cot and high chair available. Both bedrooms have beautiful spacious fitted wardrobes with hanging/lying areas. In addition, the bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with heat and cold air conditioning. This ensures a comfortable climate throughout the house at any time of the year.
Internet/WIFI free .
There is Airplay, Chrome Cast, and an HDMI cable, so you can also take your own movies and music with you.
Environment
Immediately adjacent to the urbanization you can go into the mountains for the most beautiful walks, cycling and car trips. The small walking paths immediately make you feel like you are in another world and you can enjoy the beautiful unspoilt nature, mountain roads, wild flowers, almond trees, birds, insects, reptiles and plants. The wonderful climate allows you to enjoy a healthy outdoor life all year round. From the Country Club you have plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling on all the beautiful trails there are.
Boulevard & Restaurants
Puerto de Mazarròn has a pleasant boulevard, directly on the sea and a harbor, with shops and numerous restaurants and bars. In the many eateries you will find a diversity of cuisines, from Spanish, Italian, Oriental, grill and of course you can enjoy the many fish specialties and Spanish tapas in the many restaurants. So not only during the day, but also during the sultry summer evenings, it is nice to spend time on the beach and the boulevard. You can stroll along the boulevard until the early hours and enjoy music and the Mediterranean atmosphere on the many balmy summer evenings on the many terraces.
