Enjoy the Spanish sun in this comfortable and fully equipped holiday home on the outskirts of the Country Club Mazarrón urbanisation, in the Murcia region. Here you will stay in an oasis of peace, right opposite the Camino Verde (Green Route) – a beautiful nature reserve for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers.
The house is located on a cul-de-sac, with complete privacy and a spacious garden with beautiful fruit trees and several seating areas in sun and shade. From your garden you can walk straight into nature. Nevertheless, all amenities are close by: just 150 meters away you will find a swimming pool (seasonal) open in June, July, August and September, tennis courts, a large supermarket (Spar), a hairdresser and a Spanish restaurant with occasional cozy live music on Friday evenings. There is also a jeu de boules court.

Enclosed patio with washing machine and extra seating, especially great in the winter months to have a cup of coffee in the sun
Bedroom with a good bed with a thick pocket spring mattress and a memory foam topper, 2 bedside tables and clothes storage, ironing board and iron, a safe and 2 folding chairs
Comfortable bathroom with shower, sink, cupboards and toilet with bidet function
There are 2 beach chairs, cool box and an umbrella for the beach

Special rates apply for winter visitors when booking several consecutive months. Please contact us for more information, as the standard price list does not apply in these cases. Our house is rented out for a maximum of 3 consecutive months. To be eligible for a winter discount, a minimum booking of four consecutive weeks applies, valid from October to March.
