Enjoy the Spanish sun in this comfortable and fully equipped holiday home on the outskirts of the Country Club Mazarrón urbanisation, in the Murcia region. Here you will stay in an oasis of peace, right opposite the Camino Verde (Green Route) – a beautiful nature reserve for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers.
The house is located on a cul-de-sac, with complete privacy and a spacious garden with beautiful fruit trees and several seating areas in sun and shade. From your garden you can walk straight into nature. Yet all amenities are close by: just 150 meters away you will find a swimming pool (seasonal), tennis courts, a large supermarket (Spar), a hairdresser and a Spanish restaurant with occasional live music on Friday evenings. There is also a jeu de boules court.
