The best of both worlds; the peace and quiet at the villa, but the entertainment a short distance away. Within 20-30 minutes by car you have all the amenities you need during your holiday. From quiet beach to culture in Cartagena, from swimming pool to entertainment area in Los Alcazares.

The villa radiates tranquility and helps you achieve complete relaxation. Relax at the table outside in the evening under the starry sky for a nice conversation or a game, look out over the water, see a boat enter the harbor, take a dip in the pool, all in one place.

After 3 years of holiday rental on Curaçao, now back in Europe. In Spain we have renovated this unique villa into a 1st class accommodation. We now rent this villa for tourist stays. With an eye for detail and a past as a super host, it will not be up to the host to make this a wonderful holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement up to 3 months before the start date of the rental period, it is free of charge. In the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he remains liable for 30% of the rental price; for cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to 2 days before the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces 2 days before the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Additional information

Spanish cuisine is famous all over the world. Spanish food is more than paella or tapas. A lot of fresh food is prepared, a lot of fish is processed, a lot of olive oil is used and time is taken to eat. There is an option for delicious Spanish food for every budget. In the tourist areas there are also many English people who cook. Our experience is that... is different. If you really want something different, go to a fusion restaurant for a 10-course menu. Sounds like a lot, but 3-4 desserts are served with it. You can get a menu for around 50 euros. You can of course enjoy this with a delicious local or regional wine. The region around Alicante and Jumilla are well-known wine regions.
