When we were traveling in Torrevieja and did a day trip to the Mar Menor, we happened to end up in Los Narejos.
The location where our apartment is located immediately gave us a feeling of home.
This is mainly due to the many facilities and the cozy neighborhood that is never too busy.
The periods that we cannot enjoy our apartment ourselves, we make it available to others

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

deposit 25% on booking .
Booking is only valid after payment of deposit.
Payment deposit no later than 3 days after booking by bank transfer , otherwise the period will be released and the booking will be canceled.
Payment balance 75% (remaining amount) no later than 42 days before rental period.
In case of cancellation up to 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 15% of the rental price
Our house rules will be sent by e-mail when booking and automatically accepted after payment of the deposit
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
There is 20 kw of electricity per day included in the rental price. (additional consumption is automatically deducted at 0.4 euros per kW with refund of the deposit at check-out).
Any additional consumption of electricity and costs resulting from damage and/or loss will be automatically deducted from the deposit.
Final cleaning, bed linen and towel cost of 130 euros will be settled directly via the deposit at check-out.
Deposit 300 euros must be paid in cash to our keyholder at check-in.
In case of an unpaid deposit, the apartment will not be released!
