Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious, attractive living room with an open layout and a lovely south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun until the late hours. The living room is cosily furnished with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can relax indoors as well. Adjacent is the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine – perfect for lovers of cooking and a good cup of coffee.
Through the stylish hallway you reach the two comfortable bedrooms, both equipped with luxurious king-size beds with quality mattresses for a good night's sleep. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and a stylish washbasin with ample storage space. At the end of the corridor you will find a handy extra room for storing suitcases, beach equipment or other luggage.

The former fishing village of Los Alcazares on the shores of the Mar Menor is a perfect place to enjoy its seven kilometers of beaches and an average of 320 days of sunshine a year.
Casa Colorida is centrally located in Los Alcazares just a few minutes' walk (400 meters) from the beach, cozy restaurants, supermarkets and atmospheric cafes. For lovers of water sports, the Mar Menor offers excellent opportunities for sailing, windsurfing or kayaking. Rental and lessons can be found within walking distance. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves at the various golf courses in the area.

La Zenia Boulevard – the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca, just a 30-minute drive away.
Cartagena – 15 minutes drive, a historic port city with impressive Roman ruins, cozy squares and excellent shopping opportunities.
Murcia – 25 minutes drive, the region's bustling capital, known for its beautiful cathedral, lively markets and delicious tapas restaurants.
Also worth a trip are the small picturesque village of Cabo de Palos, the bustling seaside resort of San Pedro del Pinatar with its famous salt and mud baths and the strip of land La Manga which can be reached via a short ferry trip.
