Welcome to our cozy apartment with breathtaking views of the Mar Menor! This first floor apartment is located right on the seafront and has been completely renovated.

From the modern living room or the cozy balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Mar Menor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and oven. In this apartment there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a lovely double bed and the other with two single beds (90x200). The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive when booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported in writing to the landlord as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit made with the reservation of the property.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the accommodation plus the administration costs.
