On the spacious private roof terrace you can enjoy long summer evenings, lunch at the outdoor table or sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers. The apartment also features a shared swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or relaxing in the sun.
Location & Facilities
The location of the apartment is perfect – quiet but central. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the promenade, the beach, cozy restaurants, bars and shops. There is free parking on the street and the apartment has its own garage space.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the rooftop terrace and the shared swimming pool. Please note that the parasol and inflatable pool are not included in the stay.
For families
A cot is available on request. Do you also need a high chair? This is available for a small surcharge of €5, to be paid in cash on arrival.
Check-in & Reception
Our host will personally welcome you on location. We will contact you via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before arrival to coordinate the check-in time. You can check in between 16:00 and 22:00. A late check-in is possible on request and subject to availability, for an additional fee.

Within 500 meters you will find several restaurants, a cozy boulevard and in the summer an attractive fair. On the corner is a charming park with breakfast and coffee shops, and a playground for the little ones.
Stroll along the palm-lined boulevard of Lo Pagán, enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea, or discover the Salinas y Arenales Regional Park, famous for its pink flamingos and therapeutic mud baths. The atmosphere in San Pedro is lively, but not overly touristy – ideal for a relaxing holiday.
