New parasols were purchased in March 2025. The storms of recent times had not done the others any good.

Casa Mediterraneo has a private swimming pool of 4 by 8 and descending in depth. Integrated in this is a fountain but also jacuzzi jets. Swimming pool lighting, of course. The bath is cleaned and tested twice a week by our experienced and qualified maintenance team.
Get up and enjoy the morning sun from the terrace in front of the house. among the Mediterraneo plants a wonderful place for a newspaper or magazine.

Casa Mediterraneo has a very extensive kitchen with everything you need. Microwave also available on request. Dishwasher and extensive fridge-freezer. The oven and electric cooking plants provide a delicious Spanish meal.
The sitting area in the living room offers plenty of space. Do you realize; You are more outside than inside.
The living room has a new flat-screen TV, music source and WIFI for internet. The fireplace for the chilly winter evenings gives the entire living room an attractive impression.
Casa Mediterraneo's dining area is not often used; You will discover that the climate is so wonderful that you will almost always eat outside.
The master bedroom of Casa Mediterraneo offers plenty of space, an excellent double bed, spacious closets, ceiling fans and blackout screens against heat and light.
The 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. 2 single beds with good mattresses. Ceiling fan and plenty of cupboard space. Beautiful bright spacious room that can be completely darkened. At your request, we will provide an extra camp bed if you wish.
The tower bedroom is a MUST for the youth, as it turns out. Accessible from the outside and with a double bed of 1.40 by 1.80. Delicious..... sleeping in a real tower !!
Guaranteed that Casa Mediterraneo is always spic and span when you arrive as our guest. Of course, this also applies, and in particular to the completely renovated bathroom in 2021. In the bathroom a spacious shower, bidet, sink and beautiful floor.

The Mazarron Country Club is well maintained. There are free tennis courts, a public swimming pool with an an entrance fee, jeux de boules, a great bar / restaurant with exceptional cuisine. The Country Club offers plenty of opportunities for cycling, walking and enjoying the changing nature
In the spring, the surroundings of the Mazarron Country Club look green. Later in the year it will become less green. Great for a walk or bike ride through the mountains or towards the beach.
A multitude of beaches, bays and other sea entertainment can be found along the coastline of this Costa Calida, less than 10 kilometers from the house. Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo are among the toppers with their beautiful promenades.
Rent a boat and find your private bay for a day of rest and entertainment. Snorkeling can also produce beautiful images in many places. Dive courses are given from Puerto de Mazarron and La Azohia.
Visit the village of Puntas de Calnegre On the beach where villamazarron also rents the house Casa Anavicente which is on the beach. 70 inhabitants, 3 bar / restaurants, supermarket. Please note ; this is PURE Spain.
