On the Costa Brava, 8 km behind Lloret de Mar, in the residential area of Puigventos you will find our beautiful villa with private pool. The villa was completely renovated in 2018 and is suitable for 10 people and has 2 camp beds. Since 2022, our house has been sustainable by generating electricity via solar panels.
From 2024 air conditioning in all bedrooms.

This villa is ideal for 2 families, partly due to its layout!

The villa is quietly situated on a spacious plot of 1300m2 with unobstructed views. From the balcony you have a magnificent view of the Pyrenees.

This Villa features;

• Ground floor:
• Spacious living room with large dining table (12p), sofas, chromecast, DVD player, free wifi (via fiber optic)
• Spacious kitchen with all conveniences (induction cooking, extractor, 2 refrigerators with freezer, convection oven, dishwasher and microwave)
• Laundry room with washing machine and drying rack
• 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet
• 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and single bed (3 people)
• 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 people)
• First floor:
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 persons)
• 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 people)
• 1 bedroom with 1 buddel bed (2 people)
• 1 bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet and bidet
• 2 balconies - 1 of them with seating 

All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
There are 2 camping beds available in the house, there is enough space in all rooms to place a camp bed.

The villa has terraces all around where you can enjoy sun (shade) and tranquility.
There is an outdoor barbecue (coal) and gas barbecue. 
Since 2022, our house has been sustainable by generating electricity via solar panels.

The villa also has a large swimming pool (8m x 4m x 1.8m) for a refreshing dip, and then rest on one of the luxurious sunbeds. In the pool there is a lounge area (1.60m by 4m and 0.40m deep), which is certainly ideal for children to play.

The district has a communal recreation area that can be used free of charge.
The site has a spacious swimming pool with separate children's area, tennis court, volleyball court, football field, jeu de boules court and a playground.
You will also find a bar where you can enjoy a snack, drink, ice cream, etc. for a small price. 
In the pre-season, the bar is open on weekends. In high season, the bar is open 7 days a week and activities are organised on various days.
You can also consume your own drinks on the communal grounds.
