Casa la Vinya is our attractive villa in which we live upstairs and rent out 2 apartments on the first floor and is located on a sunny hill of Sant Feliu de Guixols, Costa Brava, Spain.
Apartment Muntanya is partly built into the hillside, which keeps it nice and cool in the summer.
Our unique location is a minute's walk from the lively city center and the clear bays with rocky and sandy beaches.
Casa la Vinya is only 35 minutes from Girona Airport. Barcelona airport 1 hour and 20 minutes drive.
The new air-conditioned 4-person apartments are decorated with care and you will quickly feel at home because of the use of natural materials and warm colors.
In the large, south-facing garden with sea view you can enjoy the swimming pool with playa. Reading a holiday book on a lounger of the pool terrace
And a drink is easily grabbed from the fridge of the outdoor kitchen.
You park in our spacious closed private parking lot.

Pets are not allowed.
Casa la Vinya is not suitable for disabled guests due to its location on a hill and stairs leading to the apartments.
Smoking is only allowed on the private terrace of the private apartment.
