Cancellation policy: reservations can be cancelled by means of communication by e-mail or registered letter, with the following cancellation costs: - cancel free of charge up to 8 days after the reservation date. - 30% of the total rent in case of cancellation 8 days after reservation date up to 8 weeks before arrival - 60% of the total rent in case of cancellation 8 to 4 weeks before the arrival date. - 100% of the total rent in case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before the arrival date
Payment term: 50% of the total rent must be paid within 3 days after signing the contract. The last 50% of the total rent, 8 weeks before arrival. If booked before mid-November, 10% of the total rent must be paid within 3 days after signing the contract, 40% of the total rent must be paid before December 15, the last 50% of the total rent, again 8 weeks before arrival. When booking within 8 weeks before arrival, the entire rent must be paid in one go.
