Our second bathroom was completely renovated in spring 2025 !!  

We rent out our beautiful holiday home in Sant Feliu de Guixols (close to Playa de Aro - COSTA BRAVA).

The villa is south facing, has beautiful sea views and is quiet (2 min drive to the water and shops).

Barcelona is an hour away by car. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

TV-Vlaanderen and internet are available. 


Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - oven - microwave - refrigerator etc... Washing machine and dryer available. All modern comforts available.


Property has been completely renovated quite recently. Large sun terrace with lots of privacy. Garage available.

Own private swimming pool and covered pergola with lounge area from 2016.From spring 2017: air conditioning in the house !!!

Communal sports area with 2 swimming pools, tennis court-football-basketball etc just 150 m walk.

Hi, I'm Kurt and years ago we have lost our heart at the beautiful little city of Sant Feliu de Guixols (Costa Brava). With heart and soul, I refurnished and rebuild the complete house. The villa is only 2 min by car from the shops and the sea. The urbanization is verry quite and peacefull during the evenings and nights. We advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance themselves so that they can invoke this in the event of unexpected events. Better prepared than to regret it afterwards .... Our house is quiet and yet you 2 min to the sea or to the shops. During the day looking for the bustle in the center and in the evening you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the land division that still located in the town on a mountainside. You can walk to the sea or by car, where you feel like. 5 mins you are also in the bustling Playa de Aro, 25 minutes from Lloret de Mar and 15 minutes from Tossa de Mar. If you want to have shopping in Barcelona, ??there you are within an hour. Figueres, where Salvator Dali raises lived and where there are museums, is also one hour from the house. In the vicinity of the house you can enjoy horseback riding, to carting, bicycles can be rented, or why not walk. The door can you pick up on endless trails, walk for hours in the beautiful nature ... delicious nonetheless.
