Great Location: Our apartment is conveniently located in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Roses, just minutes (200 meters) from the beautiful beach and promenade of Roses. Our apartment is located at the back of the Citadel of Roses and near the covered Spanish market and 100m from the Sunday market. The lively centre with cosy cafés, restaurants and shops is within walking distance of 350 metres.
Unique location: Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and the center but close enough to walk there within a few minutes. Park your car and leave it at home, because you don't need it to go to a supermarket, bakery, the beach, the center or to a covered and Sunday market. Everything in the neighborhood is so nice on holiday!

Our apartment is modernly furnished with all modern amenities and stylish details. The spacious and partly thatched roof terrace and with mood lighting of 40m2. With the modern garden furniture and lounge seating there is more than enough space to relax, eat and lounge.
Room for Everyone: Our apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people and a baby up to 3 years old (baby cot) It features two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom amenities.
Amenities: We will make you feel at home with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, Free Wi-Fi internet, a 55 inch flat screen TV with Dutch channels - and a number of French channels and German channels. To stream, you can stream directly to the TV. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso cups coffee maker with milk frother, kettle, large fridge, oven, microwave. A large fridge with freezer is not missing. Kitchen inventory is more than complete for 4 people plus a baby including baby cutlery and plates.

Roses is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Costa Brava. Discover the nearby historical sites, charming (mountain) villages, natural parks and sports activities for the whole family. Of course, the beach with its many game activities, shops, bars and restaurants should not be missing in the discovery of Roses.

As standard we provide a welcome package with 1 bottle of water, 2 toilet rolls, 1 kitchen roll, a number of coffee cups - tea bags and a cleaning package with sponge, dishcloths, 1 dishwasher cube, 1 washing machine pod and soaps for hands and small dishes. This will allow you to catch your breath after the trip.
Parking in our private garage is possible for € 5 per day. 4.5m deep x 2.5m wide
