Casdanna is our holiday home in Roses on the Costa Brava.
The house consists of three independent, separate apartments and is located on a slope directly on the Cala (small bay) Canyelles Petites, is 150 meters inline from the beach and benefits from breathtaking panoramic views. Very cozy and quiet location, which is particularly suitable for families with children.
Casdanna 3, the largest of our apartments, is located on the 3rd floor and offers the most impressive panoramic view, as well as the largest terrace of the house (40 sqm).
3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms and a living-dining room with built-in Mediterranean-style kitchen with dishwasher, grill, ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.
International satellite TV and private fiber optic connection Internet W-LAN. In addition, garage + parking for FW 3 (2 cars in total).
On the 40 sqm terrace there is a charcoal grill, dining table, chairs, loungers and umbrellas.
The beach is 150 meters away as the crow flies and can be reached by a stairway (280 m.) or about 500 m. by an easier mountainside path.
