Casdanna is our holiday home in Roses on the Costa Brava, right on the beach Canyelles Petites.
The house consists of three independent, separate apartments and is located on a slope directly at the Cala (small bay) Canyelles Petites, is 150 meters in air line from the beach and benefits from breathtaking panoramic views. Very cozy and quiet location, which is particularly suitable for families with children.
This apartment is located on the 1st floor, has a 17 m2 terrace and, like the rest of the units, enjoys exceptional views of the sea.
Two Double bedroom, a living-dining room with built-in Mediterranean-style kitchen, which has dishwasher, grill, ceramic hob, stove, toaster, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and a complete kitchen utensils.
In addition, a bathroom (bathtub/WC) and an additional WC can be used.
Like the rest of our apartments, this one also has its own garage, Wi-Fi with fiber optic connection, international satellite TV (including German channels), and Smart TV with Internet connection.
In addition to the terrace, guests of this apartment have an outdoor area with barbecue and dining area at their disposal.
The kitchen with Mediterranean flair is equipped with dishwasher, electric grill, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, 2 coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), toaster, kettle, microwave and washing machine.
The beach is 150 meters away as thecrow flies and can be reached by a stairway (280 m.) or about 500 m. by an easier mountainside path.
