Parking: one garage space and one closed parking space on the property. In addition, there is free parking in the street.
A car is not necessary, as the beach, shops and restaurants can be reached within 10 minutes on foot.
The villa is located in a quiet street with little traffic, used exclusively by local residents.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Pets are allowed (maximum 2).
Groups of young people under the age of 25 and parties are not allowed. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are welcome.

The tourist tax is not included in the reservation price and is calculated according to the rate in force at check-in.
The collection and return of the keys is done in our office in Calonge (Costabravaway), just a few minutes drive from the house.
