Beautiful house with pool in Platja D'aro

This beautiful villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to the cozy center and elongated beach of Platja D'aro 

There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed,  with sliding doors to the garden with the swimming pool and one bedroom with air conditioning on the top floor with private bathroom 

There is also a study with sofa bed that can sleep 1 adult or two children

Then we have a large sitting room with terrace at the front of the house. And a large kitchen that is fully equipped.

At the back of the house is the very large garden with covered pergola and a playground for the children.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
