The villa is located in the Lloret Blau district. The center and beach of Lloret de Mar is only 6.7km away, as well as the nearest beaches.

The space
This villa is ideal for two families, for example, because the space consists of a house for 6 people and an apartment for 4 people. With a lovely large swimming pool, a lounge set with room for everyone and an outdoor kitchen with gas stove, BBQ and fridge.

The house has two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom, a large kitchen and three bedrooms. There is a medium-sized living room with TV and dining table. There is access to central heating (very nice in winter), air conditioning in summer and the house is equipped with free WIFI. Through the living room you walk up the stairs to the garage full of fun; a dartboard for adults and for children, a table tennis table and football table.

Through the living room you can walk outside and you reach the spacious outdoor area; a lounge set for everyone, various sunbeds, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and a lovely large swimming pool with a small waterfall!

Through the lovely large family pool in the garden you walk up the white stairs to the other part of Villa Vio. Here is a 4 person apartment with two bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath and separate shower and a kitchen with bar. All windows are equipped with blackout shutters for optimal sleeping comfort.

One layer higher there is a quiet place under the pergola to retreat to. Very important to mention is that all beds are equipped with high quality bedding and lovely pillows and mattresses. The owner of the house supplies Egyptian cotton to hotels.

Remaining
Not many houses in Lloret de Mar have a garage and parking on site. There is room for a large car in the driveway and there is also free parking in the street in front of the door.

Personal welcome
Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn or one of her colleagues. She will show you all the ins and outs of the house. She will also provide you with various tips for the nicest beaches and best restaurants in the form of an E-book. During your stay, we are always available for questions via our WhatsApp service and 24/7 for emergencies.

We are obliged to collect tourist tax on arrival at € 1.10 per person per night (from 16 years, with a maximum of 7 nights). This must be paid together with the cleaning costs and deposit CASH on arrival, see 'additional costs'.
