The villa is located in Lloret de mar but in a quiet villa area just 5 min. Distance from the lively center and 10 min. of the beautiful Tossa de mar.
The beautiful bay "Calla Canyelles" with restaurant and small harbor is also close to the villa.

On the street the villa has a large wall with a gate where you can safely park your cars.
You enter the hall, with the dining room with the kitchen to your right and a little further through the living/sitting room and to the left 1 bedroom and a bathroom and an extra storage space.
Next to the living room there is a lounge area.
An internal staircase leads to the ground floor, where there is another kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All bedrooms have sea views!
